1)      BREAKFAST: 1/2 glass skimmed milk and 1 to 1-1/2 glasses of water

2)      MID-MORNING: One banana+ 1 to 1-1/2 glasses of water

3)      LUNCH: One glass skimmed milk with out sugar + 1 to 1-1/2 glasses of water

4)      TEA TIME: One banana + 1 to 1-1/2 glasses of water)

5)       EVENING: One banana

6)      DINNER: I/2 glass skimmed milk with out sugar

1) BREAKFAST: One bowl pressure-cooked brown rice+ 1 to 1-1/2 glasses of water

2) MID-MORNING: Two tomatoes+ 1 to 1-1/2 glasses of water

3) LUNCH: One bowl brown rice cooked in tomato gravy + 1 to 1-1/2 glasses of water

4) TEA: Two tomatoes, can upload salt & jeera + 1 to 1-1/2 glasses of water

5) EVENING: One glass of water with lemon & salt

6) DINNER: Boiled brown rice, can upload salt & different spices + water
